Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • The Product Must be in its original packaging.
  • The Original Delivery Challan and the Invoice is must to return the product.

Returns Policy

Be sure to check the product in front of the delivery man when receiving the product. In case of any inconsistency or defect, please contact +8801705460978.

  • If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the website within 24 hours after getting the product in hand. Here is the Product return form.
  • Please take note that, change of mind / No longer needed (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase) / you do not like the product after opening the package are not eligible for return.
  • There will be no product return opportunity if the product does not purchase from Hoover Bangladesh or from authorized seller point.

Refund Policy

  • It will take 10 to 15 business days according to the bank or payment gateway partner policy to return online / mobile wallet payment (bKash, cash, etc.).
  • Charges will be applicable for refunds as per policy and gateway charges.
  • Hoover will not charge any extra for mobile wallet refunds.
  • If Hoover fails to deliver the ordered product on time due to technical or any other reason, the refund charge will not be applicable.
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances, in case of cancellation of any pre-payment order by Hoover, the money will be refunded to the customer’s Hoover account.
  • If the customer cancels a pre-payment order, the money paid to the customer will be refunded but he will be considered ineligible for any further offer or cashback associated with that particular order.
  • In case of refund, the customer will get his refund in the same way as the payment was made. In other words, if the customer pays through bKash, then the customer will get the return through bKash. Payment will not be returned by any other means.
  • If for any reason the customer does not receive a refund for the communication problem within 10-15 business days, Hoover will issue a voucher to the respective customer account which the customer can later use for purchases on Hoover.
